- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very unprofessional. I would have to write a book to describe the experience that I and my children have had with them. Definitely not a welcoming environment. Going over their head is not a big help because all they do is make excuses for the problem. A better experienced receptionist with better work ethic who has a more pleasant demeanor than the one they have would solve ALOT of problems.June 07, 2017by Margo Walsh
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Poor response. I needed my child's medical records for her to start day care and asked if they could fax the records to me. They told me it would be faxed by lunch that day. Well I waited all day by the fax and guess what? It never came even after my husband and I called multiple times to remind them!!!!January 28, 2017by Kim Prevette
