- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My mom was there for 5 days....with alarm on her chair and bed to alert staff..... .she fell twice....the second time with 2 staff members right there. She went into hospital with fracture in hip......didnt come out of anesthesia. She had a massive heart attack. Blue Ridge is negelant.....they are poorly staffed....and i wish I had listened when warned not to put her there. I was so physically drained, I had to get help. I wanted to move her back closer to home when there was an opening....she never made it. It sickens me every time I think of that place.February 02, 2017by mertice adams
